The conference will take place on EPFL campus.

A number of hotel rooms has been reserved at the following hotels

• Swisstech Hotel directly on campus at a special rate of 130.- CHF/night with single or double occupation. Breakfast is not included. Please make your reservations directly at the Hotel. If you book by e-mail use the Code ICIFMS20. The remaining number of rooms is presently very limited.
• Starling Hotel Lausanne directly on campus. Rooms at a special rate of 170.- CHF/night for single occupation and supplement of 35.- CHF for double occupation. Breakfast is included. For reservations use the following link .
• IBIS Budget Bussigny . This is an Economy Hotel with free and easy public transportation to EPFL. (about 20 minutes). Single room 120.- CHF/night with breakfast included. Double room 134.- CHF/night with breakfast included. Please make your reservations directly at the Hotel. If you book by e-mail use the Code ICIFMS20.

The conference will take place on two different sites on campus due to logistic problems during the summer. You will notice some heavy construction works (!) In order to reduce the inconvenience, we need to move from the site of the opening day.
